- School Admin
- Registers or administers the school and assigns access. Only its designated billing contact manages the KouinPortal subscription.
- Teacher
- Invited by the school. Manages the classes and students assigned to them.
- Parent / Guardian
- Linked by the school to their children. Views their records and pays their school bills.
- Student
- Receives school-assigned access to their own learning and records.
School fees go to the school's or authorized association's payment account. KouinPortal subscription payments go to KOUIN ENTERPRISE. These are separate payments.
